Refund Policy

SBO Virtual Services offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or simply email us at hello@sbovirtual.com and we will help arrange it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling a monthly plan

Retainers are billed monthly and there is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewal charges

If a renewal is charged unexpectedly or you cancelled but were still billed, contact us and we will arrange a refund of that renewal.
